Trials and introductory offers
Family Premium and Annual Family may include a 14-day free trial when the store or payment provider offers it and the account is eligible. Founding Family may include a first-year introductory price when available and eligible. Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe displays the applicable terms before confirmation.
Renewal
Family Premium renews monthly. Annual Family renews yearly. Founding Family uses the applicable introductory price when the user is eligible and afterward renews at the annual price shown by the store or provider before purchase. Subscriptions continue renewing until canceled unless otherwise stated.
iPhone and iPad purchases
Digital subscriptions started inside the iOS app are processed through the Apple App Store. Apple controls billing, offer eligibility, renewal, subscription management, and refunds for those purchases. MannaLingo verifies the Apple transaction before unlocking access.
Android purchases
Digital subscriptions started inside the Android app are processed through Google Play. Google controls billing, offer eligibility, and management of those subscriptions. MannaLingo verifies the Google Play purchase before unlocking access.
Web purchases and Stripe
When a purchase is completed through an eligible web flow, Stripe may process the payment. The applicable price, currency, trial, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown before checkout completes.
Sponsor a Family
Sponsor a Family provides access to the recipient family and does not upgrade the sponsor's account. It is currently kept separate from the mobile subscription catalog. Renewal occurs only when the sponsorship flow expressly states that it will.
Cancellation
Apple purchases must be managed using Apple's subscription tools, Google Play purchases through Google Play, and Stripe purchases through the billing portal available to the account. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and access may continue through the paid period, subject to store rules and applicable law.
Prices, currency, and changes
On iOS and Android, the device store determines and displays the final localized price before confirmation. On the web, the payment provider displays the applicable total. Future price changes will be communicated when required by law or provider rules.
