Refund Policy
Effective: September 22, 2026
Free trials
If an eligible trial is canceled before it ends, the first paid renewal should not occur, subject to the rules of Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe depending on where the subscription was purchased.
Apple App Store purchases
Refund requests for purchases billed by Apple are handled through Apple. MannaLingo synchronizes access when Apple reports a verified refund or revocation.
Google Play purchases
Purchases billed by Google Play are subject to Google Play's refund policies and tools. When Google reports a refund, revocation, or expiration, MannaLingo updates the corresponding verified access.
Stripe web purchases
For charges processed directly by Stripe, MannaLingo may review duplicate or incorrect charges and refund requests under this policy, applicable law, and the actual transaction state.
Cancellation and partially used periods
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals according to the applicable provider. Cancellation alone does not necessarily refund the current period. When provider rules allow, access normally continues until the paid period ends.
Sponsorships
Unassigned sponsorships may be reviewed for refund when the transaction was processed directly by MannaLingo/Stripe. After sponsored access is activated, refund eligibility depends on applicable law, purchase status, and payment provider.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
