MannaLingo Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a subscription, or using MannaLingo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms or use MannaLingo under the authorization and supervision of a parent, guardian, school, church, or other responsible organization where required by law.

Adults who create or manage accounts for minors are responsible for providing required consent and for supervising the minor’s use of the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep account information reasonably current, and notify MannaLingo if you suspect unauthorized access.

Google sign-in may be offered as an authentication option. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.

MannaLingo is designed for educational language learning and Bible-centered instruction. Features may include vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, reading, listening, speaking, comprehension, Bible stories, quizzes, games, adaptive exercises, AI tutoring, and progress analytics.

MannaLingo is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, mental-health, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

We aim to present Bible-centered learning content carefully and to distinguish Scripture quotations, references, summaries, interpretations, and language-learning examples. Educational content may be revised as quality reviews are completed.

Users remain responsible for evaluating content for their own denominational, educational, family, school, or church context.

MannaLingo may provide AI-assisted tutoring, practice, feedback, content support, and related educational features. AI-generated responses can contain mistakes. Users should not rely on AI output as authoritative Scripture, professional advice, or a substitute for qualified teachers, clergy, guardians, or professionals.

Users may not use MannaLingo’s AI features to request illegal, abusive, exploitative, dangerous, or privacy-invasive content or to circumvent service safeguards.

You agree not to misuse MannaLingo. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, introducing malicious code, scraping or copying protected content at scale, impersonating others, abusing minors, submitting unlawful content, infringing intellectual-property rights, or using the service to facilitate fraud or harm.

Some MannaLingo features may require a paid subscription or plan. Prices, eligible trial or introductory offers, billing intervals, included features, and renewal information are shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.

Digital subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed and managed by Apple App Store; digital subscriptions purchased in the Android app are billed and managed by Google Play; eligible web purchases may be processed by Stripe. MannaLingo verifies supported store transactions on its servers before granting paid access. Applicable provider terms and taxes may also apply.

MannaLingo, including its software, branding, original curriculum, designs, graphics, educational materials, and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted through the service, no ownership rights are transferred to users.

Users retain rights in content they lawfully submit, subject to the limited rights necessary for MannaLingo and its service providers to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content to provide requested features.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of MannaLingo as the product evolves. We may also perform maintenance, security updates, curriculum revisions, or feature changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or maintain service security. Users may stop using MannaLingo and may request account deletion subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

MannaLingo is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We make reasonable efforts to provide a useful, secure, and high-quality educational service, but we do not guarantee that every lesson, translation, AI response, score, recommendation, or feature will always be complete, error-free, or suitable for every learner.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MannaLingo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any limitations that cannot legally apply in a user’s jurisdiction will apply only to the extent permitted there.

We may update these Terms of Service as MannaLingo changes. The effective date will be updated when revisions are published. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
